Alumni Success Stories
We surrounded them with support so that they could dream big and achieve more than they imagined.
Inspiring Change
Our alumni are building rewarding careers, creating new opportunities for themselves, their families, and their communities.
After completing our programs, many go on to become leaders, mentors, and ambassadors, helping inspire the next generation of women to explore careers in the skilled trades and transportation sectors. Others have received industry recognition, broken barriers, and demonstrated what is possible when talent, determination, and opportunity come together.
Their stories reflect the vision at the heart of Build Together: 2026–2031: empowering women to build prosperous futures while helping shape a stronger, more inclusive workforce for Alberta.
