Through free pre-apprenticeship programs, employment readiness workshops, and strong employer partnerships, we help individuals explore, prepare for, and succeed in trades careers that pay above a living wage. Women Ready to Work in Automotive program is a free 16-week program covering Automotive Service Technician and Heavy Duty Equipment Technician.

We offer a series of free, online and in-person workshops that provide an opportunity for you to plan and prepare for your new career path.
