Covid-19 Response Update: Adjustments to Measures

In response to the recent changes to provincial health measures, Women Building Futures will begin to ease COVID-19 safety measures. Over the last several months, these measures have aligned with many of our partners and ensured we were able to continue safely and effectively connect women to gainful employment opportunities.

The measures will be eased in a phased approach, while we continue to monitor Alberta Health Services recommendations and our partner’s response to the changing landscape of the pandemic.

The following measures are planned to be removed in a phased approach:

• Our immunization policy will expire on February 11, 2022. This means students, staff, and visitors will no longer need to provide proof of vaccination status.
• Daily health screenings, capacity restrictions, and masking will remain until March 1, 2022.
